IMPORTANT NOTICE: Because I've had a couple clients recently try to do this to me, I felt I had to make this issue very clear. Once a client approves their sketch, I will NOT do any further revisions to the commission. The sketch phase of your commission is when all requested revisions should be made, not when it's almost completed.

WHEN YOU PAY...
Please send payment as "PAYING FOR AN ITEM OR SERVICE." Do NOT "send it to a friend". You are paying for my time, skill, and effort and are purchasing a service from me! This is my job and you are paying for such.



Standard Terms and Conditions:
Payment is required UPFRONT before any work is started, no exceptions. All prices are in USD.
Prices are non negotiable. 
The prices shown are base prices and do not reflect the final price. More detailed characters will cost more as well as any additional characters, weapons, animals, etc. Please inquire for an estimate.
Please do not repost the finished commission onto your DeviantArt, Tumblr, or Facebook unless you have my verbal/ written permission. I politely ask that you fav/ reblog/ share from my own sources first. You may post the art to other sites besides the ones mentioned, but you must provide proper credit and a link back to my page(s) PLEASE.
Adequate references MUST be provided (a minimum of two images)! If they are too vague, I will have to charge an added fee to compensate my extra time.
You agree to be polite, respectful, and above all, PATIENT with me as I complete your request. Do not bombard me with messages asking where your commission is; you are put in my queue and will be done when you are next in line.
All commissions are queued in order they are requested. You will NOT be bumped above someone for any reason, unless you have paid for priority rush.
All sales FINAL; NO REFUNDS. Unless I become ill or am unable to complete your commission for whatever reason, I will contact you first and refund you in full.
You absolutely CAN NOT edit, trace, alter, etc. my art in any way (this includes the removal of my watermark and/ or signature). You can, however, place the art on custom backgrounds for wallpapers, icons, etc. as well as crop it to whatever size you would like!
All artwork will come watermarked OR signed, no exceptions! You absolutely cannot remove my watermark/ signature.

Descriptions and Revisions:
It is an additional fee onto the base price if your commission is by description only (minimum charge of $15 and can vary on complexity of character; please inquire for an estimate). Descriptions are very hard to work with and demand much more of my time to draw what you expect accurately.  
Each purchase comes with 3 free small revisions. Afterwards, each revision will cost a fee depending on how complex the revision is.
 Once a client approves their sketch, I will NOT do any further revisions to the commission.

Extras:
 Each additional character in one image is an additional %60 of the base price.
Weapons such as staffs, swords, whips, chains, axes, etc. cost an additional fee depending on complicity (please inquire for an estimate).
Monsters, pets, animals, etc. cost an additional fee depending on complicity.
Wings of any kind will cost extra.
Detailed and complex characters that included a lot of armour, fancy outfits, overall detail or designs, etc. will cost more. Please inquire for estimate.

Simple backgrounds are now free! 


Priorty Rush:
If you need your commission done by a cemented date you may pay for a "priority rush" option. This will bump you to top of the cue and your commission will be done immediately. Price depends on how quickly you need your commission finished (please inquire for an estimate). It will be very costly, so please decide wisely. Absolute bare minimum cost of priority rush is $65.

* "Why will you not draw the above subjects?"

- I find the fandoms of the mentioned subjects to have immensely toxic tendencies and I wish to have no relation to them whatsoever. I deeply apologize for any inconvenience this causes.



By requesting a commission from me you automatically agree that you have read, agree to, and respect all of the above Terms and Conditions, rules, and statements.

You do not have to pay extra to cover "paypal fees". This is actually against Paypal's rules as the fees are the seller's responsibility. Paying extra to cover someone's fees could get you removed from Paypal, so be warned.

I reserve the right to decline your commission due to any personal reasons. This will include aggressive or disrespectful behaviour (which will not be tolerated).
